Promotion of industrial development for a systematic identification of demands for industry workforce and for establishment of a seamless supply system of workforce tailored to industry needs
Composed of around 20 institutions including leading companies, universities, research institutes, etc. in the display industry
Identify challenges in the development of industry-specific human resources, gather feedbacks, and communicate the findings to the government and academia to ensure policies are formulated to satisfy industry
- Discuss the workforce supply & demand status in the display industry and solutions for addressing imbalances
- Identify workforce issues in the display industry and develop solutions thereof (e.g., preparing solutions to increase the number of display-related majors)
- Review and provide consultation on workforce development projects and training programs in the display industry
- Review and provide consultation on other SC activities related to workforce development
